Our team is committed to the rebuilding, strengthening, and empowering of families who are searching for a way create a family that can work together to become a strong, loving and self-sufficient unit.

The Family Intervention Team services include: Clinical Supports, Parent and Child Mentoring, Stabilization services, which are an alternative to out of the home placement and Reunification services. We specialize in helping families to problem solve, enhance relationships, develop effective communication skills and build an alliance with institutions, social and community services.

• We acknowledge the importance of connecting families to community supports and our staff provide ongoing advocacy and linkage to formal

and informal resources

• Our interventions are goal driven and our approach is solution-focused; where families are expected to participate fully in finding solutions to

their challenges

• We engage in helping families develop negotiating skills to appropriately work with systems of care

• We foster empowerment of families to assist them in taking ownership and implementation of their treatment goals
